Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and will apply to all new and existing customers and former customers. We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time, with or without notice. Details of our data processing are explained in our terms and conditions on our loan agreement and should be read together with this Privacy Policy.

Your Agreement
By submitting your details to our loan service you accept this Privacy Policy and agree to the use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described below. If you object in any way to how we may use your data please don’t register with us.

Your Security
We recognise the need for appropriate protection and management of the personal and financial information you have supplied and share with us. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) are a set of standards which aim to ensure all merchants accepting card payments are conducting business in a secure manner and are compliant with the regulations. We are certified by the Qualified Security Assessor. We protect your data and personal information using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology and by limiting employee access. Data access is controlled by senior management using unique codes and restricted access basis. We store data in encrypted form on computers and control access via secure web pages. Collecting your data
We collect information about you in two ways - directly from your online application and also from outside sources such as credit bureaus and customer service providers. Please rest assured this data does not identify any individual. Please note we do not control third parties who advertise on our site and who may use cookies. We are active members of our industries trade associations and uphold best business practices and want to provide you with the best possible service, so calls to Forward Finance may be recorded and/or monitored for quality checks and staff training. Sharing your data
We share your data with various third parties who we believe may be able to help in the process of providing the services you have asked us to provide, such as different lenders, credit bureaus, customer service providers and debt collection agencies.
